In January we brewed a Chadfashioned. This is a beer reminiscent of an Old Fashioned. A 7% ABV Amber Ale fermented on oak chips soaked for three months in Benchmark bourbon and dark cherry juice. Garnish with the twist of an orange and its delicious.
